Mukta Balti Terms and Conditions

1. Purchases may be collected from the premises of Mukta Balti, or delivered by Mukta Balti to the customers delivery address, subject to the terms of delivery in force at the time of purchase.
2. Purchases may be in cash or by cheque (orders over £10 only) at our premises when supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
3. Payment must be made in full at the time of collection or at the point of delivery.
4. The service and or goods provided by Mukta Balti, remain the property of Mukta Balti until payment is received in full.
5. The customer is responsible for advising Mukta Balti, at the time of placing an order, of any dietary requirements needing to be accommodated when filling the order.
6. The customer is responsible for confirming the completeness and correctness of the service provided by Mukta Balti upon collection or delivery of the service.
7. Mukta Balti will endeavour to provide the purchased service in the time scale quoted at the time of ordering, however, Mukta Balti cannot be held liable in any way for any consequences, howsoever occasioned, should Mukta Balti not be able to meet the quoted time scale.
8. Mukta Balti reserve the right to refuse to provide its services without explanation.
